European Crisis Management expert Steff Berger draws from her direct experiences to show how communications in a critical situation are more important than ever in today’s MICE industry, and how you can use it effectively. Social media can spread misinformation, panic or ridicule in minutes – how can you protect your event, your people and your reputation?<\/p>\n

Internal, external and social media communications are vital tools in crisis management. Steff highlights how effective communication can rescue an event in a critical situation and shares her insights into the speed you need to react and the kind of messages you should send out to positively influence behavior, perceptions and outcomes.<\/p>\n

In her presentation, Steff discusses:<\/strong><\/p>\n
